Biotest / CMV Symposium
For the second time, we were able to accompany the international CMV symposium as a hybrid event with livestream and control the technical side.
This year in a special location: Campus La Mola near Terrassa / Barcelona.
A place of inspiration for creative meetings and conferences with seminar rooms, park and large event area.
The scientific advisory board offered a high-quality scientific program with the latest findings on cytomegalovirus (CMV), both after organ and stem cell transplantation.
Many case studies were presented for discussion, with medical knowledge and different medical opinions being exchanged. Every participant could benefit from this dialogue, whether live on site or online.
Using its own virtual event platform, REALIZE set up an international livestream with more than 130 participants from all over the world.
This platform can be specifically and individually adapted to the organiser and set up for the content. The online participants thus have many different features available to them on the screen lobby for convenient navigation. They could contact the individual speakers by email, enter into a live chat with each other and call up detailed information on speakers. Such networking opportunities are essential at symposia and very much in demand for exchange among experts and togetherness. The platform also allowed participants to give their feedback directly after the event.
In the evening, all participants deepened their exchange on site in the diverse lounge of the campus and let the academically influenced day come to a pleasant end.
We are proud that the REALIZE team has received special recognition both for exceptional commitment in solving spontaneous challenges and for tact in dealing professionally and respectfully with the important, scientific personalities.
