Insurance group Generali holds its 2014 annual kick-off conference for nearly 2,000 employees in Berlin and Munich and introduces a new sales director in Bernd Felske. REALIZE implements a new type of event concept after winning a two-stage national pitch against other agencies with a daring and ingenious approach. One event becomes two conferences, the stage, produced with concepts of sustainability, is used in both cities and staged through medial tools such as video scribing. It starts with a conceptual as well as logistical challenge – and ends in two atmospheric, perfectly organized major events under the motto: “Successfully close to the customer. A passionate partner.
