REALIZE goes 25 – that’s the maxim for the whole of 2025.
It goes without saying that we are taking the opportunity to use our tried and tested REALIZE Art Style again.
Who wouldn’t want their birthday numbers to be life-size in the office and designed by the team? A fantastic team event for the anniversary, which we immediately incorporated into our annual program.
The raw wood figures were carpentered for us by Anderwerk in a very professional and sustainable manner. Anderwerk is an institution that supports people with a wide range of services to help them overcome difficult life situations, including a carpentry workshop.
These were then delivered directly to Creativquelle, the art studio of Rossy Riszterer, our VisionREALIZier.
Divided into 2 teams of 12 people each, we spent 2 days transforming one number each into impressive sculptures using our creative REALIZE acrylic technique, which we have already used to design the canvases in the conference room, including 6 pairs of mini numbers that will accompany our teams as branding at their events in the anniversary year.
Again, neither team knew what the other’s result would be until the reveal. Will the two numbers match up?
Fits like a glove!
This shows once again that even if you split up the REALIZERs, the end result is a perfect whole.
As the second act, we then did a photo shoot at the agency with the entire team and the figures.
REALIZERs are not only creative artists but also have a lot of acting skills.
We not only took group photos, but also staged project and agency teams thematically, resulting in entertaining anniversary photos for our customers and our internal teams.
Now we enjoy the attractive, self-designed anniversary figures in our lounge every day and guests can immediately see that something extraordinary is happening at REALIZE this year.
Another milestone that the team will remember, everyone is a part of and motivated to continue in the same way.
