CHALLENGE: Direct Connection to the World

participant: 220

BSH APC 2024

A great deal of technology and careful preparation are required to broadcast BSH’s annual press conference to the world in top quality from a live studio set up for this purpose in the BSH Training and Conference Centre (TTC) and to enable the 10 journalists participating live and 210 online to interact directly.

A familiar scenario for REALIZE. From planning, staging and technology to directing and quality assurance, we ensured a professional press appearance for BSH’s management.

The construction of the stage, back wall, monitors etc. and the set-up of the technical room, from which the stage direction coordinated the press conference, started two days before. Once the furniture, decorations and branding had been delivered and set up, selected BSH appliances were finally positioned for presentation.
During the rehearsal, the final details were adjusted and optimized to ensure that the conference ran smoothly. A decisive factor for the technically perfect image of BSH and the message to the public.

After a successful test run, a selected group of journalists were given a taste of the excellent household appliances at the Cook Connect event the evening before. The perfect way to get in the mood for the big day.

On the day of the conference, as is obligatory for film shoots, the management team first went to make-up and then to appear before the media. BSH was able to confidently present its milestones from 2023 and announce news.

Precision and many years of expertise are the key ingredients for a successful press conference.
The recipe for success for the press presentation of BSH domestic appliances – realized by the passionate REALIZE ‘chefs’.
