MINI Sales Incentive.
Under the motto “ICE ICE MINI – how cool are you?” REALIZE drives up a top-class incentive. In the run-up to the event, newsletters with stories about the Viking Island of Iceland spurred the participants to give their all. In the end, 40 MINI sellers reached their destination and set off for the far north.
The program reflects the MINI brand: young, elegant, exclusive – and pretty cool. REALIZE surprises with a fully rented designer hotel in the middle of the Icelandic steppe. Here, the group dynamics are transformed within a few hours into the relaxed atmosphere of a school trip. From this point on, one highlight follows the next: During “Whale Watching”, the participants experience the largest animals in the world up close; when bathing in the Blue Lagoon, we float relaxed through a fascinating crater landscape; and on hand-chiseled ice furniture you share the collected impressions at the communal glacier buffet.
After four days, the group, having grown up together, finally start their journey home. Deeply fulfilled – and with a simple certainty in the luggage: It hasn’t been this cool on “Iceland” for a long time.
